Deine Aufgaben

· Modellierung von TGA-Modellen in Revit anhand von Punktwolken oder Plänen.
· Optimierung und Anpassung von Bestandsmodellen für die effektive Nutzung der Modelle im Betrieb.
· Entwicklung von digitalen und automatisierten Workflows oder Tools zur effizienteren Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Auswertung von BIM-Modellen.
· Gesamtkoordination und Fachkoordination von vielfältigen Hochbau- und Infrastrukturprojekten.
· Qualitätsprüfung von BIM Modellen.

Dein Profil

· Du bist kommunikativ, ergreifst gerne die Initiative und es macht Dir Spaß, gemeinsam Lösungen für unsere Aufgabenstellungen zu erarbeiten.
· Dir liegt es, Projekte zu strukturieren und koordinieren.
· Deine Berufserfahrung kann aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen der Bauwelt stammen, z.B. Gebäudetechnik, Vermessung, Bauausführung, Ingenieurwesen, Immobilienverwaltung.
· Spaß an digitalen Methoden oder sogar Erfahrung mit BIM und Punktwolken.
· Gute Softwarekenntnisse in Autodesk Revit.
· Weitere Softwarekenntnisse in Autodesk Civil3D, Dynamo, ReCap sind nützlich.
· Deutschkenntnisse sind wünschenswert.
· Persönliche Freiräume, Selbstorganisation und zuverlässiges Teamplay sind Dir wichtig.
· Du hast Lust auf Austausch auf Augenhöhe und bringst Dich gerne ein.

Your mission

Your profile

You are communicative, take initiative, and enjoy working together to develop solutions for our tasks.

You have a strong interest in structuring and coordinating projects.

Your professional experience can come from various areas of the construction industry, e.g., building services engineering, surveying, construction, engineering, or property management.

You enjoy digital methods or even experience with BIM and point clouds.

Good software knowledge of Autodesk Revit.

Additional software knowledge of Autodesk Civil3D, Dynamo, and ReCap is useful.

German language skills are desirable.
