Deine Aufgaben

· BIM-Management und Gesamtkoordination von vielfältigen Hochbau- und Infrastrukturprojekten.
· Strategische Beratung unserer Kunden zu BIM und operative Einführung der BIM-Methode in Projekten und Organisationen.
· Unterstützung bei der aktiven Gewinnung neuer Kundenkontakte durch Networking und Leadgenerierung.
· Erstellung und Fortschreibung von Auftraggeber- Informationsanforderungen, BIM-Abwicklungsplänen und ergänzenden Dokumenten.
· Qualitätsprüfung von BIM Modellen.

Dein Profil

· Du bist kommunikativ, ergreifst gerne die Initiative und es macht Dir Spaß, gemeinsam Lösungen für unsere Aufgabenstellungen und Kunden zu erarbeiten.
· Du bist gerne im Austausch mit Kunden, baust Netzwerke auf und hast Freude daran, neue Kontakte und Projekte durch Akquise zu gewinnen.
· Dir liegt es, Projektteilnehmer zu koordinieren und Projekte zu strukturieren.
· Deine Berufserfahrung kann aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen der Bauwelt stammen, z.B. Projektmanagement, Bauleitung, Architektur.
· Spaß an digitalen Methoden oder sogar Erfahrung mit BIM.
· Softwarekenntnisse, wie Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, RIB iTWO u.ä. Produkte sind nützlich.
· Deutschkenntnisse sind wünschenswert.
· Persönliche Freiräume, Selbstorganisation und zuverlässiges Teamplay sind Dir wichtig.
· Du hast Lust auf Austausch auf Augenhöhe und bringst Dich gerne ein.

Your professional experience can come from various areas of the construction world, e.g., project management, construction management, or architecture.
You enjoy digital methods or even experience with BIM.
Software knowledge such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, RIB iTWO, and similar products is useful.
German language skills are desirable.
Personal freedom, self-organization, and reliable teamwork are important to you.
You enjoy engaging in dialogue on equal terms and are happy to contribute.
